Rejuvenate Your Marriage at The Resort at Port Ludlow
From amazing restaurants, fantastic vistas and amazing golf, there's something for everyone at The Resort.

On the shores of the Puget Sound’s Olympic Peninsula, just a 90-minute drive or 15-minute seaplane ride from Seattle, The Resort at Port Ludlow is a charming oasis. Originally settled by members of the S’Kallam Tribe, it was named in 1841 during the first U.S. Navy expedition to map and chart the Puget Sound and Olympic Peninsula.

The resort is well-appointed, with a 37-room boutique waterfront inn, a 300-slip marina, and a championship 18-hole golf course, recognized as a Top Course to Play in 2012 by Golfweek. The resort’s intimate suites include gas fireplaces, jetted tubs, and sitting areas. Second- and third-floor balconies provide spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains and Port Ludlow Bay. There are also several cozy common areas, like the lobby’s inglenook, and the Marina Room, where guests can relax with a magazine or engaging board game.

The inn’s award-winning Fireside Restaurant is aptly named. It features a giant double-sided fireplace, sweeping views of the mountains and bay, and a daily menu that presents the bounty of local farms’ vegetables, produce, artisan meats, and cheeses. Chef Dan Ratigan and his culinary team go beyond "sourcing locally." They work closely with the farmers, fisheries, and foragers to anticipate what their options will be and keep a flexible approach as they create a menu of Northwest fare that celebrates the region’s rich bounty. Beyond offering superb cuts of organically raised local beef and lamb, an abundance of fresh seafood, and produce, the menu boasts a beverage program lauded by the Washington Wine Commission and Wine Spectator. Cellar Master Anne Sackett conducts many fun and educational wine tastings and winemaker dinners at the inn.

Get ready to play in one of the top golf courses in the country.

Guests seeking outdoor adventure find plenty to do on the bay, beach, and along the area’s 26 miles of maintained trails. The picturesque Port Ludlow Golf Club was named Most Scenic in the World by Esquire magazine. When it comes to relaxing and rejuvenating, The Resort at Port Ludlow has it all—just a quick slip from Seattle.

When you’re on the ocean, you know the seafood is delicious.
